ORDER CHANGES
ALL CHANGES MUST BE MADE WITH 7 DAYS NOTICE OR MORE. TO MAKE CHANGES YOU MUST CALL OR WALK-IN TO THE SHOP.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
ALL ORDERS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY PHONE OR IN PERSON WITH A 50% DEPOSIT IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE STARTED ON. NO ORDER IS OFFICIAL WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.

TRANSIT
WHEN TRANSPORTING A CAKE, KEEP THE CAKE FLAT AND AVOID BRAKING QUICKLY OR MAKING SHARP TURNS. IF ANY DAMAGES OCCUR DURING TRANSIT, IT IS AUTOMATICALLY THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

CAKES MADE AT MARY'S CAKE SHOP ARE REPRODUCED AS OUR INTERPRETATION AND ARE NOT AN EXACT REPRODUCTION OF ANY PHOTOS THAT YOU SEND. ALL CAKES ARE SUBJECT TO THE DECORATOR'S INTERPRETATION.
CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE WITH A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS NOTICE. IF YOU MAKE A CANCELLATION WITH 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OR MORE YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 SERVICE FEE. IF YOU PAID WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT YOU ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL TRANSACTION FEE OF $10.
PICK-UP
WHEN YOUR ORDER LEAVES THE STORE ANY DAMAGES OR DISCREPANCIES BECOME THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. IF YOU SEND SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK-UP YOUR ORDER, THIS BECOMES THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. IF SOMEONE ELSE IS PICKING UP YOUR ORDER, THEY SHOULD KNOW WHAT THEY ARE PICKING UP AND SHOULD MAKE SURE THEY LEAVE WITH THE COMPLETE ORDER.
